Mode of operation

Fire detection
The system has an integrated control panel and sensors to detect the fire, alarm personnel and start the fire blanket spreading stage autonomously, independent of human intervention.

Deploying the blanket
The blanket storage box opens and allows it to be stored horizontally to the end of the running track, the movement being facilitated by the motors of the mechanical system.

Fire isolation
Once fully extended, the system places the blanket on the vehicle, cuts off the oxygen supply to the fire and isolates the danger - in this way, emergency personnel are no longer exposed to the risks associated with the fire.

The principle and operating system is identical to ECELL BASIC, the difference being that the system is mounted inside a metal frame called CARPORT .

The ECELL GUARD system is designed to autonomously detect fire, alert emergency personnel and apply the blanket to the electric vehicle.
The fire blanket is specially designed to extinguish fire and suppress toxic gases. It is authorized by CNSIPC - IGSU in Romania to be used in firefighting interventions.
No human intervention is required to apply the fire blanket to the electric vehicle. Thus, the risk of exposure to personnel is non-existent.
The system is equipped with a series of efficient sensors installed so that fire detection is detected as early as possible. This avoids further damage caused by the fire.
