FlareProf is an automatic suppression system using type-S thermal aerosol, designed to protect technical, industrial, and commercial spaces where a compact, clean, and effective fire-protection solution is needed. Unlike solutions dedicated to very specific applications, FlareProf is suited to a wide range of uses: technical rooms, electrical cabinets, servers, telecom, power systems, machinery, and critical equipment.

The product is intended for enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces and provides localized protection with no piping network, no pressurized vessel, and no periodic maintenance. The suppression agent is generated rapidly upon activation and floods the protected zone, helping to extinguish the fire through chemical inhibition of the combustion reaction.

Automatic protection for diverse technical applications

FlareProf can be activated electrically, via a fire-detection panel, or thermally, when the temperature in the protected zone reaches 347°F ± 27°F (175°C ± 15°C). Once activated, the aerosol is discharged rapidly through nozzles into the protected enclosure, making it well suited to applications where response time is critical.

Simple installation in equipment and technical enclosures

FlareProf is sized according to the protected volume and is fastened with compatible M4 screws. For thermal activation, the heat-sensitive cord is positioned in the risk zone, away from live parts and high-temperature components.

It is recommended to keep a clear space of at least 2 in (50 mm) in front of the nozzle, to avoid air intakes, and to mount the device so that the nozzle is not aimed at the human body.

Important: installation must be carried out by professionally trained personnel. The product is not intended for use in explosive atmospheres, in the presence of strong oxidizers, or of reactive metals such as potassium and sodium.
