FlareRack – compact automatic thermal-aerosol fire-suppression system
FlareRack is a compact automatic suppression system using thermal aerosol, designed to protect enclosed technical spaces, electrical equipment, battery cabinets, energy-storage systems, and other enclosures where a fast, effective, and easily integrated solution is needed.
Thanks to its compact format and type-S thermal-aerosol technology, FlareRack provides localized fire protection with no piping, no pressure, and no complex installation work. It is a suitable solution for confined spaces, critical equipment, and applications where a conventional suppression system would be difficult or costly to implement.
Automatic protection for technical spaces and critical equipment
FlareRack activates automatically when the temperature in the protected zone reaches 347°F ± 27°F (175°C ± 15°C), or it can be triggered electrically via a control system. Once activated, the suppression agent is discharged rapidly into the protected enclosure, helping to suppress the fire in a very short time.
The product is recommended for applications where a rapid response at the onset of a fire is important, particularly in hard-to-reach areas or in enclosed spaces housing valuable equipment.
Key advantages
- Automatic suppression system – activates thermally or electrically, depending on the configuration of the application.
- Compact design – suited to electrical cabinets, technical enclosures, charging stations, and enclosures with limited space.
- No pressure and no piping – requires no complex installation infrastructure.
- Rapid response – the agent is discharged within a few seconds of activation.
- No periodic maintenance – a practical solution for industrial and technical applications.
- 10-year service life – suited to projects that require long-term protection.
- Wide range of models – covering protected volumes from 7.1 ft³ up to 53 ft³ (0.2–1.5 m³).

| FlareRack 0.04G | 1.41 oz (40 g) | 14.1 ft³ (0.4 m³) | 4.88 × 3.03 × 0.55 in |
| FlareRack 0.06G | 2.12 oz (60 g) | 21.2 ft³ (0.6 m³) | 5.31 × 4.09 × 0.55 in |
| FlareRack 0.08G | 2.82 oz (80 g) | 28.3 ft³ (0.8 m³) | 6.22 × 3.94 × 0.67 in |
| FlareRack 0.1G | 3.53 oz (100 g) | 35.3 ft³ (1 m³) | 6.22 × 3.94 × 0.67 in |
| FlareRack 0.12G | 4.23 oz (120 g) | 42.4 ft³ (1.2 m³) | 6.22 × 3.94 × 0.67 in |
| FlareRack 0.15G | 5.29 oz (150 g) | 53 ft³ (1.5 m³) | 6.22 × 3.94 × 0.67 in |
The model is selected according to the net protected volume, at a suppression density of 0.1 oz/ft³ (100 g/m³). For ventilated, irregular, or high-risk spaces, sizing and placement must be confirmed before installation.

Fast installation, with no complex infrastructure
FlareRack can be mounted on a clean, dry surface using a 3M adhesive base, M4 screws, or heat-resistant cable ties. For correct operation, it is recommended to keep a clear space of at least 1 ft (0.3 m) in front of the device and to avoid mounting it near air intakes, exhausts, doors, windows, or damp areas.
The heat-sensitive cord is positioned around the perimeter of the risk zone, so that the system can react quickly to a rise in temperature. Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel, according to the type of enclosure and the configuration of the protected equipment.
A practical solution for localized fire protection
FlareRack is suited to companies, integrators, equipment manufacturers, logistics centers, industrial spaces, and technical applications where automatic protection is needed in a compact format. With its rapid activation, simple installation, and small dimensions, the product offers an effective alternative for protecting critical equipment and enclosed spaces.
