FlareRack is a compact automatic thermal aerosol fire suppression system, designed to protect enclosed technical spaces, electrical equipment, battery cabinets, energy storage systems, and other enclosures where a fast, efficient, and easily integrated solution is required.

Thanks to its compact design and Type S thermal aerosol technology, FlareRack provides localized fire protection without piping, without pressure, and without complex installation work. It is a suitable solution for confined spaces, critical equipment, and applications where a conventional fire suppression system would be difficult or costly to implement.

Automatic protection for technical spaces and critical equipment

FlareRack activates automatically when the temperature in the protected area reaches 175°C ± 15°C, or it can be triggered electrically via a control system. Once activated, the extinguishing agent is rapidly sprayed into the protected area, helping to suppress the fire in a very short time.

This product is recommended for applications where a rapid response at the onset of a fire is critical, particularly in hard-to-reach areas or enclosed spaces that house valuable equipment.

Quick installation, no complex infrastructure required

FlareRack can be mounted on a clean, dry surface using 3M adhesive pads, M4 screws, or heat-resistant cable ties. For proper operation, it is recommended to maintain a minimum clearance of 0.3 m in front of the device and to avoid mounting it near air intakes, exhaust vents, doors, windows, or damp areas.

The heat-sensitive wire is positioned around the perimeter of the risk area so that the system can respond quickly to a rise in temperature. Installation must be performed by qualified personnel, depending on the type of enclosure and the configuration of the protected equipment.
